The organiser is DHA Vietnam, presented as operating a Heritage Races system and owning a road race that previously earned a World Athletics Label Road Race title. The only named senior figure in the release is Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Tri, General Director of DHA Vietnam. That is the entire identified leadership roster. No elite athlete appears, no invitation list, no prize purse.

The registration channel is administrative. QR codes were distributed by the Quang Ninh Department of Culture and Sports to local residents, and the programme closes when bibs run out. This is a state-and-developer co-marketing mechanism rather than a purely market-driven registration portal. It guarantees a local fill rate but is a weak signal of organic demand from outside the province.

The venue is a Vingroup megaproject of more than 6,200 hectares, planned to ISO 37125 standards and tied to Vietnam's 2050 Net Zero pledge. The messaging bundles three clauses: running among wonders, conquering records, running for Net Zero. The course is described as flat, wide, with few bends, controlled traffic, and it crosses the coastal road.

Three numbers need to be separated.
